The Princeton Review cited Wabash College as a Top Workplace for Higher Education in 2026. According to a release by Wabash, the recognition “celebrates outstanding institutions that listen to employees and put them at the center of decisions to build cultures where people and performance thrive”.
The accolade was determined through an employee survey that asks about overall morale and transparency on workplace culture. Companies with over 150 U.S.-based employees who submit a survey response rate of 35% or higher qualify for excellence awards.
