Wabash College announced in a press release their new partnership with Matriculate, which is a non-profit college access organization that aims to match high-achieving, low-income high school students to selective colleges. Through its Pathways Partnership program, it has helped around 3,000 high school students per year with free advising services. These students typically achieve a minimum 3.50 grade point average and test scores in the 90th percentile throughout their high school career.
Beginning with the high school graduating class of 2027, Wabash will work with Matriculate to identify eligible high school students and assist by encouraging Wabash students to serve as volunteer advising fellows. The organization has served more than 20,000 students since 2014.
